Cancellation
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson. However, to ensure fairness and maximize our instructors' time, we have established the following cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the lesson.
If you are unable to attend a lesson due to illness, injury, or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to reschedule your lesson at no additional charge.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled lesson, the lesson may be cancelled, and you may be charged a cancellation fee.
LWays Driving Academy reserves the right to cancel a lesson due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at no additional charge.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, except in cases of illness, injury, or emergency. Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee.
Students who repeatedly cancel or reschedule lessons may be subject to additional fees or limitations on scheduling.
All fees and policies are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

At Lways Academy Company Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with our services or products, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds
We offer refunds on our products and services within 14 days of the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable, including:
Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
Courses that have been partially or fully completed
Services that have been provided
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our products or services. If you would like to exchange an item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Shipping
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
